Very good support as well. I use a Speedtouch router with SIP built in and have used an equivalent vigor router before. Also, Gradwell will send out a free phone adapater (plugs into a phone & your router) for free if you buy certain of their phone packages (I think it is 9.99 a month 4000 minutes free). I've got one but haven't tried it out yet so couldn't comment on it. With the Speedtouch/Vigor, when set up everything works swimmingly however, you do get the occasional lost/problematic call which is really not on when dealing with clients etc. For instance, I think a new clent was meant to turn on Tues - they didn't show and I didn't think anything of it. Later on I found out that some people were having problems getting thru (although, annoyingly, I was receiving calls). I really don't want to doubt the phone service - it needs to 'just work' Joel -- Regards Joel Hughes Director Jojet Ltd.
