Hello,

I tried to go down the all-Skype route recently (i.e. SkypeIn,
wireless phone, no land line) and despite really wanting it to work,
I'd advise against it.

80% of the time it's great, but the other 20% calls get dropped,
messages completely mis-laid, poor quality connections etc.

My father in law stopped calling 'that damn free phone thing' in
frustration and it just sounded embarrassing when i lost a call mid
chat to a potential client. Even the operators at my bank noticed a
'funny delay' .....

I still keep the SkypeIn number as my main business number (much
easier to avoid marketing calls!), but completely replacing my land
line is still a while off IMHO.
