SkypeOut quality is variable... on time of day I would say. Evenings are
worse than day times. I expect they don't have the processing power needed
to cope.
Skype to Skype usually fine, provided the other end is not downloading
torrents or using up 95% of their processors ripping DVD's!

Calling skype2skype is great. for sound quality, it knocks the stuffing out
