Hi All,
Has anyone ever implemented Digital Look xml feeds before?

I am having a few probs implementing their xml feeds, firstly because its
not something I have done before (though I have rtfm - for what use it was),
and secondly because the "support" given so far has been verging on
patronising, when and if they even bother to get back to me. 
(I really thought after 12 years in this industry, most men had got past the
whole "women shouldn’t try technical stuff in case they break a nail"
b0ll0cks!)

If anyone has implemented their feeds before and has some working xslt for
their news, charts and prices feeds they wouldn’t mind sharing, it would be
much appreciated. You would think when a client pays £8k+ for such a feed,
that some example templates etc might be provided by the company pocketing
the cash (or am I just expecting WAY too much for the money)

If I have to speak to their support again and listen to their arrogant
manager guy spout "surely you must understand" before each of his responses
to me, I may very well be forced to drive up there and SLAP someone!
