No, not a joke - they've been really good. I monitor the uptime of my sites
they host and it is very rarely down. The dreamhost support people normally
reply back within a few hours. They've never messed up the billing (like
another host i use). Finally, they are really cheap which is what Chris was
keen on.

Richard - I'm guessing you might have had a very different experience with
Dreamhost?
