+1 for tests which need a cognitive, rather than visual, process. E.g.
I signed up for something (gah - memory fails) which asked "what's 3 +
1" (I imagine the question/answer combo are random) instead.

Ok, you need to be basically numerate, but that's better IMHO than
asking that people can *see* in order for them to use your app, no?
