we are currently looking into upgrading our entertainment setup and 
wanted to pick someones brains who knows about this kinda thing

1) want a nice big telly. It will go in a corner so flat screen isn't 
really a necessity. What do we need to consider?

2) want a nice amp and speakers etc, dvd. Quite happy to get a complete 
system rather than separates if it makes life easier.

How much to spend? Hmmm...will I get much for £1250?

...as you can tell I am an expert here. I'm no audophile so as long as 
it isn't complete crap (i.e. it is loud) then I'll probably be happy
