Are applications installed locally or on the server? I.e. are you
running thin clients?

Also what kind of apps are you dealing with? Are we talking Photoshop
with massive images, or just general email/Word type stuff?

A 100Mbs network shouldn't be a bottleneck for 30 PCs, but that
depends entirely on what you're using it for and how much data you're
kicking around it.

Also what is the set-up like re: the network? Local switches/hubs? One
giant one?
