Hi Ed, >From my experience no you shouldn't need indemnity insurance whilst sub contracting for an agency (or freelancing). However, it is advisable for any direct client relationships you may have...particularly for anything high risk like e-commerce, card processing etc etc... If I'm wrong though - I best be getting some too...
