Hi

I've had a request from a customer to look into providing updates of a
websites content based on SMS messages from users. e.g. they text
'latest' to a given number and then recieve a text with the latest news.

Is this a case of getting a thinrd party to handle the SMS parts interms
of sending and receiving and then the web developer would then pass then
live data on a regular pases e.g. once every 1 hour for example.
