Hi Karl,

Have a look at jobanova.com.  It's in German, but they use lots of
English words, for example you can type "software" in the search box and
see various jobs with software in the job title.

If may be good for you to discuss your requirements with the tech guys
at jobanova - they may be able to provide a branded sub-site in English.
