I’ve got a relatively simple piece of Delphi code that I need a change made
to, I’m sure it’s something simple but I was wondering if someone could have
a look for me?

Basically I need a regular expression to be case-insensitive but the flag
doesn’t seem to be assigned.

If there is someone with a little Delphi experience who doesn’t mind giving
the code the once over please let me know.
