I decided to go with Tiscali and hope it will be ok.

I thought £18 with anytime talk was good.

what you have to look out for it seems is the technical support
charges. anything from 5 p to 25 p per min i found out. tiscali = 10p

unfortunately I didnt have the option of telewest
