And baring in mind I last installed my complete OS 3 weeks ago (so that's IE & FF for sure - can't remember Opera - but I'm almost certain that wasn't bundled) I'd say we're onto a bit of a loser :) XAML doesn't require specific OS components - that's like saying XML needs specific OS components. It's an open standard. MS will be shipping an in browser version of the CLR for _most_ broswers/OS to take advantage of some MS specific stuff - in the same way Adobe do for Flash - I'm prepared to bet Linux is in that list. I was annoyed with the off cuff way people dismiss something potentially really good, through lack of education/incorect perception of the subject - something I think Mac/Linux users have been 'bundled' with for far too long!!! w://
