Answering my own comment, I see the system requirements are Vista or XP SP2 only, so that explains how they can push it out to just those users. I did finally get it running thanks to using the proper installer from the MS site. Very nice too, but still extremely niche given the above. Still, it's nice to see something different to the ever bloating JavaScript frameworks that constantly try to reimplement GUI elements that we've all already got in our OS.
