That doesn't surprise me that much - most front end developers develop
in firefox (how did I ever manage before firebug??!) then do IE7
testing/tweaking at the last minute when everything else is finished.
If that bit gets overlooked because of a tight deadline... poor
quality control rather than a statement i'd say
