Hello,

Someone posted details of a room that was available for rent I guess
i'm late for that one but I'm on the look out for a new house share
and was wondering if anyone knows of a room up for rent?

I'm after is a non smoking house, this being the main reason I'm
wanting to move for my present place, I naively took the word of my
live in landlord about this point duh! But the things i'm looking for
are nice friendly happy people to live with, wifi, I can happily live
without cable tv but would be a nice extra, and has to be in pretty
good state as kind of like things to be tidy. Also a household that's
into recycling and has a general green outlook on life, and wouldn't
mind me storing my trusty bike somewhere safe.

I'm looking to pay the normal bristol rates between £270+ & £300+
-ish, so if you know of anyone or anywhere that fits the bill contact
