Morning,

I'm looking for a really good reliable mail host.

I'm setting up more and more dedicated webservers for clients and I like to keep the mail separate.  I don't want to run a dedicated mail server, but I want a provider who specialises in it.

Basic requirements 
  IMAP/POP3/SMTP,
  pay per 1/10/100 mailboxes or per megabyte 

Also interested in:
  Outsourced Outlook, 
  reseller-type setup with branded Customer control panels etc. 
  preferably UK based

Has anyone had any positive mail hosting experiences?
