[_] SQL for Countries linked to Continents with ISO

hi [_],

I'm finishing off an e-comm site which is being hooked into EPDQ,
which requries the country to be passed as a 2-3 digit code (to epdq).
That bits been easy to find. The P&P is calculated on the region (uk,
eu and rest of the world), and I'm wondering if anyone knows somewhere
I can get the SQL with an extra column for Continent, or perhaps the
SQL for 2 tables: Countries and Continents.
