I'm no expert, but I would suggest the following:

1. Drop the Flash
2. Drop the tables for layout and increase the content-to-markup ratio
by utilising semantic HTML and a CSS-based layout. There's not a
single <hX> tag on your homepage...
3. Make sure all your images have good alt text. Currently none of
your images have *any* alt text.
4. Start a blog and generate some buzz - get other people to link to
you, genuinely rather than as some link farming exercise.
5. Talk to Steve Johnston - www.johnston.co.uk
6. Lastly - "executions" !?? Do you *want* Saddam voyeurs to find you...?

In short - there's very little real, textual content on your page for
Google to index. To get an idea of what google "sees", try a
text-browser emulator like LynxViewer:
