yes; i don't really understand. wouldn't it be cheaper to get a US 
company to do it? surely because sterling is so strong right now it 
would actually be way more expensive to get the job done here, unless 
they're asking for someone that doesn't mind being paid less than half 
the going rate? that's a little more than penny pinching... but maybe i 
am misunderstanding something here?
