[_] iPod portable speakers?

Off on me hols this weekend so thought I'd take some portable speakers to pump the wikkid chowns off of my ipod. Whilst debating whether to get some iPod specific ones (saves taking a separate charger), or more generic ones (could be used with other devices eg laptop/phone) wondered whether the _ massive had any particularly good/bad experiences to enlighten me?
