OK, but given that;

1) It's the only workable DRM solution available, and they (rightly or
wrongly, different argument) require DRM.
2) Have done a considerable amount of work to get to this stage and as I
understand are ready to go.
3) Have said they will be developing for other platforms when the
technology is available.

I still struggle to see the real problem.
