There are effectively no rules about anything - a US based profit
making company can have a .org.uk - the lack of regulation has made
domain 2nd level domain names meaningless and the false scarcity has
produced a booming industry of speculators - who now wield an
unhealthy influence in ICANN and nominet to ensure it stays that way.
