Who in their right mind would buy a monster DX10 card if they *didn't* have Vista already? It's not the sort of thing you do on the off chance that a bunch of hackers manage to cobble together something that could possibly run a game or two once things are 'sorted out'. And I hate to say it, but to make it worth anything they'll not only have to get Halo 2 and Shadowrun working, but they'll need to port over Games for Windows too, because Shadowrun is a multi-player game at heart, and Halo 2 certainly is once the single player campaign is done and dusted :) Personally I'm looking forward to the final release of DirectX 9.0L - true DX9 support for Vista which is faster than the XP equivalent. It will bring the vast majority of games that fail on Vista back into the fold again.
