Basecamp (one-way atm), vCard, CSV etc.:

You can also forward emails you receive to a drop box address at your
Highrise account; the original sender's details are parsed out and a
new contact record created.

Use an OpenID to sign into both, and you now get an extra navbar (the
"Open bar") at the top to switch to all the Basecamp & Highrise
accounts with that OpenID listed as a login. Not sure about Backpack
and the others yet.
