There's badges for you to fill out (hehe, we thought it'd be fun..) and
lanyards at the event.

Suggest you meet somewhere at somepoint as it's going to get mighty
crowded :)  There's five different rooms.  Why not meet say the Union
Bar (one that looks like an old mans pub) at 7pm...?  I'll try and make
it there then too and say ello.
