I always thought that Finder (all about finding - a result) was a
better name than Windows Explorer (all about exploring - the process)
for a file manager. Who wants to go on a possibly  never-ending hunt
for your files?

Yet with Safari, Apple have basically copied Internet Explorer's
naming. After all, explorers go on safari. Web surfing can be a fun
exploration, but I'd rather find what I'm looking for...
