My console purchase decision criteria comes down to which console  
runs GTA best.

I bought my PS2 mainly to play GTA3 and GTA:VC, and most of my time  
using the PS2 has been spent on those games (and GTA:SA).  I bought  
my PSP about five minutes after playing GTA:LCS on my colleague's,  
and it's mainly been used to play GTA:LCS, and more recently, GTA:VCS.

I'll probably buy a new console in October (when GTA4 comes out for  
360 and PS3) based on overall quality of GTA-playing experience  
(versus price, to a degree), and by the look of it, it could quite  
easily be the first Microsoft product I'll have bought since 1999.

Ethics might make a small difference, all things being equal, but I  
didn't think I'd ever consider Microsoft more ethical than Sony.
