Nig Barrett in Boyces Avenue opposite the arcade/Promrose Cafe.

He is excellent.

He has some wild ideas, and is open to suggestions/designs.

we used a chap called Nig Barratt to design and make our wedding rings in
[gasp] 1999, and I got him to make a necklace for Pete a year or two later.

no idea if he's still there, but the details are:

Circle Workshop
Clifton Arcade
Boyces Avenue
Bristol
BS8 4AA

ah - a quick google brings forth http://www.nigbarratt.co.uk/, but don't let
that put you off. His work is lovely. If you're at the Digital Bristol
thing next week we'll show you :)
