[_] session state and SQL Server

Happy new year [_].

First question of 2007:

Anyone here ever set up the ASPSession db for session state management
on SQL Server 2005?  I've a problem with access permissions to the
ASPStateTempApplications table and the fix for SQL Server 2000 SP3
doesn't appear to work.
