Yeah... I used to recommend Demon, but not since the leased line we  
got at work.  Almost a year of shockingly bad service.  I bought the  
line based on a 99.95% SLA, which was obliterated within the first  
month or so.  They *never* returned calls as promised, and the leased  
line support department was totally incompetent.  Their problem- 
solving procedures don't work, their escalation procedure is  
inadequate, and their account managers are pathetic.

Okay, their ADSL is dealt with separately from their Leased Lines  
(although we were still dealt with through Demon rather than Thus),  
but after seeing how they handled a leased line business customer,  
I'd never want to rely on them again.
