Eh? Haven't we just been through all this? And hasn't it been all over
the news that they've already had over 1000000 signatories? Sorry,
Grace, but it says 1,264,227 on the link you provided...

By the way, I didn't follow all the debate last week (so apologies if
you discussed this) but it's worth pointing out that:

The petitions aren't set up by the Govt. Someone could set up a
petition against bottom-posting if they wanted, No. 10 only hosts the
petition (isn't that kind and democratic?)

Erm, what about parliament?

Incidentally, does anyone know if there's an alternative petition
along the lines of "please introduce road charging"? I can't see
one...
