OK - so you have some clue. Fair enought

We weren't talking about CO2 emissions. This plan was trying to
alleviate traffic congestion, something that turning servers off won't
do a thing to solve.

Stick a grid computer node in each of the cars stuck in traffic and
use the energy from the ticking-over engine ;)
