umm, it is! if you choose:

Fault with Services > Fault with Internet > Fault with Broadband

the second thing they say is the known issues (first thing is switch
off, then on again advice:P)

I rang ProTx the other day, and was on hold for a few mins, and they
have no music, nothing, just an annoucement every once in a while
saying 'you're in the queue' - it was a million times better, I was
calm when they answered, and could carry on working whilst I was on
hold....
