Like yourself and oliver I've had very little downtime over the last 5 years and when I have had to call customer services they have been helpful and friendly, but it does take a while to get through sometimes. My only gripe is that the on-hold playback should be a list of all known outages and expected fix times rather than the awful music as every I have called to report an outage of my service when i spoke to someone they have always told me that it's a known problem and it's being dealt with and will be fixed by Xpm. ______________________________________________________________________ The information in this email (together with any attachments) is protected by copyright and may be confidential.
