Bear in mind that generally, the broadband from Virgin Media (ugh) will be
far superior to the ADSL that Sky resells. Plus, of course, having physical
cable means that more TV services will be on offer (you could never offer
something like Teleport Replay on Sky).

So I'll be sticking with Telewest, whatever they change their name to. Once
it was all set up (some years ago) I don't think I've ever had to contact
their customer services dept about anything.
