I've had good customer service from Telewest.. One would hope that the merger will bring NTL up to scratch, but I fear that what will actually happen is Telewest will sink to NTL's level. Sky are the devil incarnate from what I can gather.. The "buying the box and then the service" deal with Sky+ boxes is far worse than the "Lease the box and the service" TVDrive model from Telewest. If you sky+ box dies after a year (I guess as that's the standard warranty on electronics) you have to buy a new one. If my TVDrive dies then Telewest should (in theory!) supply a replacement free of charge. No help for you though as I'm not planning on switching :-) ______________________________________________________________________ The information in this email (together with any attachments) is protected by copyright and may be confidential.
