Hello all.

I'm so fed up of NTL after a nerve and teeth grating 3 years of what
should be illegal customer service, that I'm thinking of making the move
to Sky, with Sky+.

Before I go through all the aggro and higher cost though, I was hoping
some of you may have got Sky and could give me an idea of the customer
service I can hope to gain...?

Even better still, anyone else made the switch from NTL (or Virgin Media
as it is now) to anywhere else?
