> I remember reading way back (maybe Joel on Software) about a place > that had lava lamps above each developer's desk and if the tinderbox > broke it would look at the last checkin, mail the person and then > start warming up their lava lamp. The challange was to fix the build > before the lamp got up to temperature and the lava started bubbling :) I think it was developertesting.com - maybe http://www.developertesting.com/archives/month200404/20040401-eXtremeFeedbackForSoftwareDevelopment.html ? Except I remember more (and bigger) pictures of lava lamps. *shrug* I suspect the instructables version (http://www.instructables.com/id/EXTC9BLAQJEPD7QSN2/) might be more practical though, I've had real trouble trying to buy the automation kits in the UK (because I'm not enough of a l33t MAKE-er to make my own). And yes the Nabaztag is awesome. Awesome and lovely. Mine is meant to be at work reading me out project stats but instead sits at home spinning its ears and telling me things. Hmmm, the voices it reads out in are tweakable I think, I wonder if there's an "Irish Priest" setting? *wanders off to look* Phil
