Hi,

I've got an old laptop running Win2000 that is having trouble connecting to
a wireless network.

The Netgear wireless software on the laptop gives every indication of having
a solid connection e.g. MAC address, IP address etc.

But if I launch Firefox or IE or Messenger or what ever there is no
connection.

Any ideas on what to look for, or how to resolve this would be much
appreciated. The network is Airport extreme, but the problem is exactly the
same for any unsecure PC based wireless networks around the office location
too.

When I'm at home I have no problem creating connections.

Puzzled, I am.
