not sure, but I think very unlikely.

no, it's markedly different. he is using this domain as an alias for
his entire site.

my clients company trading name is:

emorsgate seeds

the domain name in question is:

www.emorsgateseeds.co.uk/

the offending trading name is: Naturescape British Wild Flowers
