I had a meeting today with a client, and the subject of switching to a
domain that matches their company name came up. They have the .com,
but a rival uk company has a .co.uk which is their exact company name.
They have in the past had face to face meetings with this chap to
resolve this, but he's not played ball (my client did not go into
specifics too much, but I'm sure I could get more info if required).

Their company name is trademarked, so I'm assuming that they have a
strong case against this person, is this the case?
