I was thinking about buying the Skypephone on PAYG (£50) and just using it with my contract SIM. Any reason why this shouldn't work? Does the account have to be "Skype enabled" or something to qualify it for free Skype calling? BTW, I had to call Three this morning, as they'd ended my "half price monthly charge" deal after 12 months rather than the intended 18 months... note to others who took those cheap offers 12 months ago: check your bill!
