I reckon you can. They have always been pretty good about that sort of
thing as far as I can remember. Or, as long as you have done 12 of your
18 months, you can probably upgrade - I did! I love Three. In fact, the
only thing that lets them down is the fact that I struggle to understand
their customer service reps.
