Good Morning Monday Underscore people,

Anyone have any knowledge of how to turn a laptop, (Pc or Mac) into  
an automated bluetooth sending device, which will,

- Scan around to count all devices with Bluetooth turned on (then  
record it)
- Push an object (App/Photo) to devices in range

The system has to be automated like at the festivals where they have  
Bluetooth stands which send out the festival guide.
