I guess it will become more mandatory when they hit a certain percentage of people using it. It's also after you have completed the credit cards details. As for the pin number/phishing/same password for everything argument, I'm not saying it's perfect ... but I believe it gives me greater confidence as a buyer if it's being used. theUKdude
