Hi, can you tell me a site which uses this? My understanding of "3D SECURE" is that you have to go off to another site and enter some other password. I'd just like to see an example! You said DABS but I'm not seeing it on there (indeed, there is quite a dialog about whether PayPal actually do 3D SECURE or not). I think you also mentioned tesco (or maybe I got the wrong end of the stick). I'm on their purchase path now and, whilst I see the "verified by visa"/"Mastercard SecureCode" (which I believe are just other names for "3D SECURE") I do not see where I am taken off to a third party site to enter another password. Perhaps this happens after the credit card capture step (ccheckout.asp)? > > I use my credit card online several times a week in various places ... all > of which (apart from the aforementioned Amazon) use this system. This will be the same, I assure you ... in a short space of > time. I, for one, couldn't wait for chip'n'pin. I am also all for making eCommerce more secure online. I'm just trying to get my head around what 3D SECURE (et al) means for me as a developer and for my clients. Joel
