i'm glad a price of £7k has been set but am willing to increase it for the
right person.

ideally (now that the basics have been discussed) we need someone who can
code, enjoys coding, has an interest in learning, wants to use HTML, css,
Javascript, XSLT, xml, ASP, C#

we can get someone else to do the Photoshop work......
