It never put me off ... in fact I was glad of that extra layer of security, considering no one but me knows my password. It only asks you for 3 specific characters (random each time), so phishing is not really an issue. As far as I'm aware, you are allowed to place it in an iframe or similar, so you can keep the user 'on your site'. And as for skinning it, I don't think this is possible as I've never seen one look any different. Keep it recognisable I say. theUKdude
